James Maynard Architect LLC is an architecture firm specializing in residential projects. It has served clients in New York City and beyond since 2010 with a goal to deliver excellence in design with high quality client service. It strives to provide seamless management through open collaboration with the project team.
James Maynard is a professional architect with over 20 years of residential experience along with 10 years of retail design. He received his architecture degree from Virginia Tech in 1999.
James believes that each client’s vision is to be expressed and celebrated in the built design. He works closely with clients to develop an architecture which is not only functional but also beautiful and timeless. As one client said, “it’s like coming home, but better.”
